The Temple Bar Pub is a true Irish experience. With over 160 years of tradition, this place is hard to skip over.
There is often live Irish traditional music which spills out onto the cobblestoned streets of the Temple Bar area, so the surroundings are a bit tricky to roll around, but it still a must do for those who enjoy a pint and want to visit a historic drinking establishment while in Dublin.
There is an wheelchair friendly door by the left side of the building and you can roll around quite well inside the bar. Even though you will probably need to say ‘Excuse me’ and ‘Thank you’ a few times, it is worth the hassle.
The bar has great vibes and atmosphere. I went on a Saturday afternoon and sat in the beer garden, so it was quite crowded but that only added to the lively ambience.
The Pub is wheelchair accessible and it has an accessible toilet too.
Staff is super friendly and the guinness is served perfectly there.
